I can’t believe it’s been a year since I held your hand and sang hymns to you.  You are still a huge part of Mountair and we will never forget you.  I miss your smile and all of your wisdom but most of all, heart for people. 

You were truly one of a kind. Miss you little angel.

Condolences from the Canales family to you Diane, Larry and all your family. When we moved into the neighborhood in 1999, your mom was the welcoming committee. Over the years, our families became closer and closer to one another. I will treasure memories of your mom as she and I spent many wonderful times together going to church events, lunches, dinners, shopping, walking the park, sitting on the porch chatting up a storm, attending a few community meetings though not my cup of tea but she knew how to advocate and get me to join her! Even though I moved away from the neighborhood and eventually out of state, we remained confidantes until the very end. Peace be with all the family at this time and know that your/our beloved Nettie is now "in the land where there is no night."

It was a great honor to be with such an amazing family through this journey.  Nettie has been ever present in my life and has always encouraged me to be a better person.  She has given me encouragement all through seminary.  Each time we would talk she would ask me about when I would graduate.   Nettie truly wants her family to stay together and love one another which has inspired me to start writing about my family history.    I agree that Nettie was an amazing teacher of life, she taught me so much.  I had to hold back the tears today but as the sun sets, and I watch her video in full, I have been able to grieve the loss of one of my dearest friends.  Fly high with your wings Nettie.  I love you and miss you already.

Nettie was an amazing little woman! She was huge in spirit and energy and was always putting that energy into good causes. I am very fortunate that I was able to work with her for many years in the Sloans Lake citizens group. 
She is somebody who makes  a lasting impression and I will always remember her.

I was so glad my friend Deb Sanders introduced me to Nettie. She was an amazing person. I was so fascinated by her many stories as she shared her many notebooks of memories, pictures and keepsakes with us. You could tell she cherished her family, her heritage and her neighborhood. Her memory will live on through her family, friends and her influence in her community. Bless you Nettie Moore! 

Nettie was a long-time member of the Sloan's Lake Citizens' Group.  She served as vice president for a number of years and was always one of our most faithful members.  She kept abreast of developments in the neighborhood and attended countless community meetings.  Her opinion was always respected because of her wisdom and concern for her neighbors.  She took part in many groundbreaking ceremonies and received numerous awards for her role in promoting improvements in the neighborhood. She rarely missed a SLCG meeting despite numerous health challenges.  She even called in to some of our Zoom meetings during the pandemic.  She was a role model and inspiration to the other members.  She will be greatly missed and never forgotten.

I've been really lucky through out my life. All my Aunt's have treated like their own. I've been Loved my hole life. Aunt Nettie has been another Mother to me for 68 years.

Although we never got to meet in person, I have enjoyed our exchange of Pacetti information and friendship since you wrote me some years ago. The Pacetti's are my son-in-law's family, but I felt like we were cousins too! You were a joy and always so upbeat. I will miss our phone calls, and will always think of you around Christmas. I have a million memories but my favorites are taking you to see Major Hancock, coming to your commencement on your 90th birthday, going to your light rail ceremony. The time when you were honored to be 1 of the  top 50 people in Denver......I love you Grandma. I will miss our talks,  having all my friends call you for your birthdays!!
