Lewis was preceded in death by his wife Carol Mae Hart, his daughter Denise Ann Willingham, son Brian Lee Hart, brother Bob Hart and best friend/dog Dusty Hart.
Lewis is survived by his daughter Linda Hart, his grandchildren Kayla Croaker, Riki Croaker, Deseraee Willingham and Dalton Croaker. His Great grandchildren; Kierra Croaker, Jackson Miller, Walter Spinden, Bentley Spinden and Colt Croaker.
A funeral service for Lewis will be held Saturday, November 20th, 2021 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM, at 7777 West 29th Ave, Wheat Ridge, CO 80033. A reception will follow from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM. A memorial service will occur Saturday, November 20th, 2021 at 3:00 PM, at Ft. Logan National Cemetery, 4400 W. Kenyon Ave., Denver, CO 80236.
