Evonne was married in 1999 to Harold “Sonny” Land, who preceded her in death on November 9, 2019. She is survived by her son, John (Alyce) Sebring, and grandchildren, Hannah and Hayden Sebring; brother, Doug (Lillian) Homstad, niece Jennifer Homstad (deceased), and Jennifer’s children; Brittney (Keith) Morrison, Natasha Johnson, and niece, Candance (Sean) Decker and children, Adam, Isaac, and Maureen Decker.
Evonne retired after working as an Accountant for 42 years at the Bureau of Land Management in Lakewood, Colorado. As a lifelong dog owner, she enjoyed the company of all her canine friends. Evonne was a longtime member of Abiding Hope Church in Littleton, Colorado, where she was an active member of the Church Choir and volunteered on many Church committees.
The service for Evonne will be held on Friday, September 23rd at 10:30 a.m. at Abiding Hope Church, 6337 South Robb Way, Littleton, Colorado 80127. A private interment will follow.
In lieu of flowers, donations at your local animal shelter in her memory would be greatly appreciated.
