Annette Celia Padilla, 66, of Denver, Colorado was enjoying her favorite music surrounded by loved ones when she peacefully took our Lord's hand and followed him home on Thursday, January 12, 2023. Annette was born in Denver on December 13th,1956 to Margaret Torres and John Vigil. She is survived by her daughter, Soña Jones and son-in-law Jessie Jones, grandchildren Mari and Ezekiel, brothers Pete Vigil, and Patrick Vigil. She was preceded in death by her parents, Margaret and John Vigil and sister, Fran West.
Annette was kind, caring, and compassionate. She was also a independent thinker, strong in spirit, and valued hard work. Most of all she relished being a mother and grandmother, and was wonderful at both. She will be lovingly remembered and deeply missed by everyone whose lives she touched. Her friends and loved ones will miss her but are thankful she is no longer in pain.
Services will be held on Thursday, January 26th, 2023 10:00am in the Chapel of Peace at Olinger Crown Hill Mortuary & Cemetery, 7777 W 29th Ave, Wheat Ridge, CO 80033.
