Matthew P. Stoto, 24, of Rocky Hill, loving son of Pat and Carolyn (Tosto) Stoto, passed away unexpectedly, Sunday (August 9, 2009). He was born in Hartford and lived in Wethersfield before moving to Rocky Hill. Matthew worked for Carolyn Pools. He will be dearly missed; he never left home without telling his mother he loved her. Besides his parents, he is survived by two sisters, Nancy Amenta and her husband, Richard of Westbrook and Patricia Ossino and her husband, Francesco of Glastonbury. He was the proud uncle of Ashley and Nancy Amenta and Francesco, Andrew and Angelina Ossino. Matthew also leaves behind his aunt and uncle, Joan and Alfred Moylan as well as cousins and a host of friends. He was predeceased by his maternal grandparents, Angeline and Alfred Tosto and his paternal grandparents, Lillian and Patrick Stoto. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Thursday at 11 a.m. at the Church of the Incarnation, 544 Prospect Street, Wethersfield. The burial will follow in Mt. St. Benedict Cemetery, Bloomfield.
