Josephine Carpinteri

Josephine (Miano) Carpinteri, passed away peacefully at home on December 10, 2024 surrounded by her loving family. Josephine leaves her beloved husband Rino, to whom she has been married to for 66 years. She also leaves her beloved daughter Lucia Motta and grandson David, her sister Angela Sbriglio and her husband Sebastian, her brother Santo Miano, and her cherished nieces and nephews.

Josephine and Rino met in November of 1958 and were married just two months later in January of 1959. They were truly blessed to have had a life filled with love and adventure. Josephine adored her husband, and he adored her too. This was so clear to everyone around them. God bless you, Giuseppina. We want you to rest peacefully now, and we know you will look down upon all of us with your beautiful smile and love. We will miss you so very much. Love you forever.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated for Josephine on Saturday, December 14, 2024 at 11:30 am at Christ the King Parish at Incarnation Church, 544 Prospect Street, Wethersfield. Entombment will follow at Cedar Hill Cemetery. There will be no calling hours.
