Edward Kerr Hutton III, 66, of Cromwell, beloved husband to Jane Frink Hutton passed away on Wednesday, (July 5, 2006) surrounded by his family. He was the son of the late Edward Kerr Hutton, II and Lillian Edmond Hutton. Edward, more commonly known as ""Kerry"" or ""Kerr,"" was born in Winsted. He was a graduate of the Gilbert School and Bryant College. He served as president of Hutton Brothers Plumbing and Heating, a well-known local business, before moving on to the corporate world, joining Perkin-Elmer of Norwalk, and advancing to several senior management positions in sales and human resources. While in Winsted he was active in community affairs, including the Winsted GOP, Jaycees, Elks and Masons. After retiring Edward and Jane moved to River Highlands in Cromwell. Kerry was a devoted and loving husband, father and grandfather whose greatest joys were being with his family and having gatherings with them. Besides his wife, Jane Frink Hutton, he is survived by his daughters, Heather Boucher of Center Moriches, NY and Heidi Nash of Winsted; three granddaughters, Samantha, Nicole and Clarissa; two grandsons, Alex and Spencer, and a brother, William E. Hutton of Belair, FL. Funeral services will be held Saturday, July 8th, at 11 a.m. at the Winsted Methodist Church 630 Main St., Winsted. Burial will be private. There are no calling hours. Memorial contributions may be made to either the American Heart Association, 2550 US Highway 1, North Brunswick, NJ 08902, or the Juvenile Diabetes Association, Greater Hartford Chapter, 18 North Main St., West Hartford, CT 06107.
