Concepción Dorbat-Rios, ""Lucky"", born Aug. 6, 1927 and died October 26, 2012. He resided in Meriden but spent many years living in Cayey, PR. He is survived by his three daughters; Aracelys (Sally) Grady and her husband George Grady, Migdalia (Dalia) Belliveau, and Cruz (Mary) Mandell and her husband Dr. Carl Mandell; three granddaughters, Heather Cutler, Alli Grady, and Michelle Distel and their husbands and special friend; as well as two great-grandsons, Nathan and Jacob Cutler. He is also survived by his wife, Jesusa Rivera Martinez Dorbat and her children and grandchildren. Special thanks goes to his Caregiver, Rosa Rosario as well as the hospice staff of Middlesex Hospital. He was predeceased by his former wife, Ramona Dorbat-Diaz. He was a Korean War Army veteran and was an employee of the Hartford Housing Authority. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to The Weiss Hospice Wing of Middlesex Hospital.
