Stella Selloni, 84, widow of Simone Selloni, both from New York City, passed away in her sleep, at home in Emerson, on September 19, 2018 from complications from decades long sufferance of Rheumatoid Arthritis. She also suffered from life-long addictions to caramels, licorice and struffoli. She also had a great sense of humor and would have loved that last sentence.
A beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and friend to all who knew her, she is survived by her children Giacomo, Deborah and Stella and her husband Daniel; her grandchildren Spencer, Isabella, Nicolas, Alexander, Ryan, Anthony and his fiance Alison, Daniel and his wife Megan; great-grandchildren Waverly, Cole and Landon.
She will be remembered fondly by all who came in contact with her in her years working for State Farm Insurance as well as by the dozens of people who came to her for advice and support.
Viewing will be Sunday, September 23, 2-4 PM and 7-9 PM at Becker Funeral Home, 219 Kinderkamack Road, Westwood, NJ 07675. Funeral Mass Monday, September 24, 9:30AM at Church of the Assumption, 29 Jefferson Avenue, Emerson, NJ 07630.
