Mary Henderson

Mary C., 84, of Pompton Plains, NJ, formerly of Montvale, NJ passed away on Thursday, August 28, 2014. Born in Brooklyn, NY to Arthur and Julia Curran. Predeceased by her beloved husband Gerald, and her dear siblings Ann Brookes, Virginia Opatovsky, Ruth Browning and Arthur Curran. Loving mother of Julie Carabello and her husband Jerome, Dr. Kathleen Henderson and her husband Dr. Douglas Shemin, and William Henderson and his wife Mary Conroy-Henderson; cherished grandmother of Scott and his wife Erin, Brian, Lauri, Cara, Keelin, Leicia, Chance and Grace; and great-grandmother of Anthony and Thomas. Mary is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews. Mary was an active member of the Our Lady of Mercy Parish. The family will receive their friends at Becker Funeral Home, 219 Kinderkamack Road, Westwood, NJ on Sunday, 4-7 PM. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated at Our Lady of Mercy, Park Ridge, NJ, on Monday, 10 AM. Cremation will be private. In lieu of flowers memorial donations in Mary's name to the
