ALOI, Maria, 77, of Old Tappan, NJ, formerly of Cliffside Park, NJ, passed away on Monday, July 26, 2021. Maria is survived by her 3 sisters: Antonia Aloi, Nicoletta Newkirk and Gaetana Cordasco and her brothers- in-law, Peter Newkirk and Michael Cordasco; 4 nephews: Gaetano Natoli, Fabio Natoli, Jared Cordasco and Ian Stapleton Cordasco; 3 nieces: Angela Natoli, Elissa Perrone and Annie Newkirk; 7 grand nephews: Salvatore, Andrew, Omar, Giovanni, Dylan, Paul and Andrea; 6 grand nieces: Miriam, Sara, Marta, Anna, Vivian and Janis; and many cousins. She is predeceased by her parents, Nunzio and Diva, and by her sister, Anna. Fashion design was her chosen profession and her passion, but her family was the world to her. Memorial contributions can be made in Maria’s name to Memorial Sloan Kettering, Valley Hospice or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
