Alba DeSimone

passed away peacefully on September 29, 2024 at the Kaplan Family Hospice House in Danvers, MA.

She was the loving and devoted wife of Amidio DeSimone for 67 years. She was a loving mother with

a special affection for her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Alba is survived by her daughters, Amy Harris and her husband Michael, of Lebanon, CT, Marilyn

DeSimone and her husband Carlos of Ipswich, MA, her son, Joseph DeSimone and his wife Dianne, of

Galloway, NJ., her grandchildren Rachel Minichiello, Evan Heymann, Michael DeSimone, Christie

Zompa and her husband Trevor, Joseph Harris and her great-grandchildren, Owen and Madelyn

Minichiello, and Vivianne Zompa.

In addition to her husband, Alba was predeceased by her brother, Gennaro Molaro and her sisters

Amelia DiSciascio, and Annabelle Schaarschuch.

A funeral mass will be held on Thursday, October 3, 2024 at 10 AM at Our Lady of Good Counsel

Church, 668 Ridgewood Road, Township of Washington, NJ. Services will conclude at Garden of

Memories, Soldier Hill Road, Township of Washington, New Jersey.
