On the afternoon of September 6,2022 Ken died at the age of 77.
Ken was born to Robert and Dorothy Lanham in Long Beach, CA. Ken graduated from Santa Ana High School. While attending Santa Ana College, Ken met his wife, Lana.
Ken was an accomplished electrical engineer, working his way up from outside plant worker at GTE, to becoming the youngest engineer in the engineering department.
Using his engineering expertise, Ken started his contracting business in the 70's. Specializing in low voltage, he mainly serviced local school districts, installing and maintaining phone, fire and security systems. After more than 20 years of running a successful business, he closed and went to work for the Garden Grove Unified School District. There, Ken was well liked and respected by all who knew him. These are but a few of Ken's many, many accomplishments.
Ken is survived by Lana, his wife of 58 years, his sister, Sandra, his sons Mark (Lisa) and David (Lisa), his 4 grandchildren: Steven, Kyle, Evan, and Lilly, and his 6 great grandchildren. He is loved and missed by all who knew him.
A Memorial Service will take place at First Baptist Church Westminster, scheduled for Wednesday, September 28,2022 at 10am.
