Jacqueline Kay Coley, born 2/5/46 and passed on 10/20/13. She was born in Waterloo, Iowa and passed peacefully at an assisted living home in Woodland Hills, Ca. The past 6 years Jackie suffered from Frontal Temporal Dementia. Jackie’s suffering is over and she received her wings to go see her deceased family and the good Lord, for which she has much faith in.
Jackie was a retired bookkeeper and lived in Calabasas for 43 years and was married to her husband Frank for 43 years. Jackie has two sons Mike and Chris. She has a granddaughter, a grandson and a daughter-in-law Colleen.
Jackie enjoyed fishing, camping and RV’ing . She was avid player of many games, especially backgammon and cribbage. She was titled by her friends as the Backgammon Queen. Jackie had many friends from different parts of the United States: California, Arizona, Iowa, Wisconsin, Oregon, Washington, Colorado, Idaho and Texas.
Jackie belonged to many Auxiliaries, Thousand Oaks Elks Lodge, Reseda Moose Lodge and Prescott Arizona Veterans of Foreign Wars.
Jackie was preceded in death by her father Boyd Marquis Sr, her mother Lella Marquis and brother Boyd Marquis Jr.
Jackie was well loved by everyone who knew her and will be deeply missed.
