All 10 of his grandkids looked at their paw paw with such amazement, adoration and love. Some even say pawpaw was a superhero who fought off monsters. He was their happy place that would slip them that piece of candy they just got told no to.
William Daniel was a man of many passions: from teaching himself astronomy and building his own telescopes to learning enough German to read chess books so he could be a better player at home and in tournaments. He was a lover of history and spent many hours learning about all aspects of our world and how things fit together with today.He was a lover of reading, music and movies. From his delight of the Tolkien stories to eclectic choices of music and he was an aficionado of science fiction movies. William Daniel was a software computer engineer and enjoyed the challenges that each new upgrade brought, putting himself through school and classes to further educate himself. He believed in a high power that is here to guide us and to help us through our trials. His faith was unwavering albeit hard fought for.
There are many people he touched and many that he opened his door for that he helped through the years. His heart was bigger than he let anyone know. He will be greatly missed.
William Daniel was preceded in death by his father, William F. Faulk.
Those left to cherish his memory are his mother, Orie Mae Faulk of Montgomery, AL; wife, Christina Marie Faulk having spent over 24 years of wonderment with him; children, Robin Marie Faulk
Danielle Marie Faulk Drummond, William Christopher Faulk, Matt Brian Faulk, Wade Christopher LeDesma, Ashley Nichole LeDesma, and Kaylee Marie (LeDesma) Richard; ten grandchildren,Tristian, Mckenly, Riley, Damien, Derrick, Daniel, Christiauna, Dacari, Dashton, and Devyn; mother of his children, Prudence Jill Meadows who spent 23 years with him; two younger brothers, Michael and Timothy Faulk; and a host of nephews, and other extended family.
Cremation was entrusted to Hixson Funeral Home of Westlake. A Memorial Service will be held at a later date at his family cemetery in Alabama.
