March 9, 1965 – August 4, 2019
Erin was a devoted mother who adored her sons and family. She was a loving, generous and kind spirit whose door was always open.
At every opportunity, Erin gave generously of her time, talent and leadership in giving back to local sports and community. An entrepreneur and co-founder of the Butler Did it Catering Company, she created one of Vancouver’s finest catering companies with her partners and an incredible team that will deeply miss her.
Erin will be forever missed and remembered by her sons Nathan and Shawn, mother Pat Byrne, sister Heather Byrne, Jamie Avantini, close family and friends.
A church service will be held on Tuesday, August 13, 2019 at Christ the Redeemer Parish 599 Keith Road, West Vancouver, B.C. V7T 1L8. The service will begin at 11:00am with a reception to follow.
