Our father, grandfather, brother, and friend, Warren Mat Jensen, age 62, passed away on November 28, 2024. He spent his last day with his oldest daughter and her family, knowing he was loved, and he returned to his Father’s presence, and is, yet again, surrounded with love.
Dad was born on October 27, 1962 in Provo, Utah to Lee Niels Jensen and Janice Christensen. He graduated from Spanish Fork High School in 1980 and attended Salt Lake Community College. He worked as a pediatric nurse for many years, loving his work and his patients.
Warren married our mother, Polly Seegmiller, on June 12, 1986, in the Church of Jesus Christ Jordan River, Utah Temple. Together, they had four children: Jessica (Joshua), Paul (Ashley), Ellen, and Halleck. He was further blessed with three grandchildren: Maeby, Milo, and Kiri.
Warren loved and had a strong testimony of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. He was faithful and stalwart, and loved God before all else. He served a full-time mission for the Church of Jesus Christ in Seville, Spain, speaking Spanish, arriving home in 1983. He loved to teach the children in his ward, and always prepared candy and prizes.
He was preceded in death by his parents Lee and Janice Jensen and brother, Nathan. Warren is survived by his children, grandchildren, siblings Kristine (John), Clark (Nanette), David (Coby), Joseph (Monique), Ellis (Patrice), and Marty (Chelley).
