Keith H Hepworth

Keith “H” Hepworth passed away Thursday, May 18, 2017 at the VA Hospital in Salt Lake City, Utah, four weeks shy of his 84th birthday. He was born June 15, 1933 in Cheyenne, Wyoming to 3rd generation pioneer descendants Ezra James Hepworth and Selma Hanson. He attended Davis and East High Schools and the University of Utah. Keith married Radele Roe on June 5th, 1955 in Marysville, California and they were sealed for time and all eternity in the Salt Lake Temple on January 18th, 1965. Together they owned and operated the industrial paint shop Metals Finishing, Inc. for the past 48 years. Keith will be most remembered by his friends and neighbors for sharing his insight and love of the scriptures, especially the Old Testament books of Job and Isaiah, with the Jordan North 5th Ward Gospel Doctrine class for 16 years.

Keith is survived by his wife; his four children, Renee Hepworth Reeves, James “H” Hepworth, Kenneth “R” Hepworth, and John “K” Hepworth; his brother Dean “H” Hepworth and sister Carol Ann Hepworth Gill; eight grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his parents and his brothers Donald “H” Hepworth and Cloyd “H” Hepworth.

Services will be held Tuesday, May 23rd at 11:00 a.m. at Valley View Memorial Park, 4335 West 4100 South, West Valley, Utah. The family will receive friends Monday, May 22nd from 6-8 p.m. and Tuesday, May 23rd from 10-11 a.m. at Valley View Memorial Park. Interment will be held at Valley View Memorial Park immediately after the services.
