Gary Lee Phelps, age 66, passed away on Friday, Novmeber 23, 2018 in West Jordan, Utah. He was born on April 14, 1952 in Salt Lake City, Utah to Gloria June Farnsworth and Wade Phelps. He attended Brigham City High School.
Gary had a passion for Harley Davidson's. He was an avid fisherman he loved being up at Strawberry Reservoir. He loved camping and the outdoors. He was a great singer and guitar player, but most of all he had a deep love for his children, grandchildren and great grandchild.
He is survived by his sister Gail Teti, his children, April (Scott) Robinson, Gloria (Raul) Martinez, Gary Jr. Phelps; grandchildren, Shelby Jensen, Kaylee Buist, Kenzie Lane, Sophie Martinez; great grandson, Jerome Bigner; uncle, Don (Kay) Farnsworth; cousins, Kaesy (Tiffany) Farnsworth and April Ward; nephews, Shane and Kassidy Farnsworth; niece Erika Farnsworth; step-mom, Naomi Lund and his lifelong best friend Gary Ausmus.
He is preceded in death by his son, Jerimiah Phelps; mom, Gloria June Farnsworth; dad, Wade Phelps; step-dad, Jerry Lund; grandma Gladys Farnsworth; grandpa, Gail Farnsworth.
