Our amazing Mom, Grandmother, and special friend to so many passed away, with God’s mercy in her sleep, on December 6, 2023. Her beautiful soul surely entered heaven’s gate to be greeted by those waiting for her there.

She was preceded in death by the love of her life, her husband, McKay Roberts. They shared 34 wonderful, happy years together, until his early passing in 2003.

Now she will greet her beloved mother, Hazel Iverson, her 2 brothers, and 2 sisters. Eva’s legacy lives on through her 3 daughters: Debbie (Mike) Parson, Pam (Todd) Pace, and Brenda (Steve) Hook. She will be dearly missed by her 13 grandchildren and 25 great-grandchildren.

Our Mom graced so many lives with her bravery, warmth and kindness. She said she could choose many things in life’s sometimes difficult journey and she always chose to be happy. Her contagious happiness and role model acceptance of all people was a bright light inspiring us all. The memories shared with her are precious treasures that will live on forever.

A private family viewing will be held Tuesday, December 12, 2023, at 10:30 a.m. at Valley View Funeral Home, 4335 W. 4100 S., West Valley City UT 84120. Her graveside service will immediately follow at 11:00 a.m.
