Mary Ermagene Pixley

Born September 16, 1927 to Elmer Joseph Myers and Ersel Evangeline Myers (nee Greathouse), Ermagene married Floyd Ellis on February 5, 1949, a union blessed with six children: Ernie Lee, John David, Phillip Allen, Edward Wayne (deceased), Brian Neil, and one daughter Shirley Jean. Floyd preceded his wife in passing on October 25, 1967. A second union with Earl E. Pixley on September 11, 1971 further blessed Ermagene with four step-children: Robert, Lee Wayne, Carl (deceased), Arthur (deceased), and another daughter Cindy Sechrest. Earl also preceded his wife in passing on November 11, 2009.

Ermagene worked at Champion Lab and West Salem Manor, and was a member of the Lancaster Church of Christ.

Visitation will be held Monday, October 30, 2017 from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at Ingram Funeral Home in West Salem, IL. Funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. at the funeral home. Interment will follow in the family plot at the Moravian Cemetery.
