She was born November 11, 1940 in Hammond, IN to Edna (Upton) and Jonas Rothrock. She was employed at Richland Memorial Hospital for over 40 years as a Lab Technician.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
She is survived by her son Gordon “Tony” (Linda) Goodwin, two grandchildren: Hunter Goodwin and Autumn (Joe) Cartwright, and brother Edward (Jean) Rothrock, and two nephews: Craig and Eric Rothrock.
Visitation for Jo Ann Goodwin will be held on Friday, February 7, 2014 from 6PM to 8PM at Ingram Funeral Home in West Salem, IL. Funeral will be held at 10:30AM on Saturday, February 8, 2014 at Walnut Grove Church, rural Parkersburg. Burial will follow at Walnut Grove cemetery.
