RODIS, Elizabeth “Betty”, passed away Sunday evening, at one hundred years of age. Betty was a remarkable person, who left a far reaching impact in her one hundred years. She was a woman of grace, humor and compassion. She was a pioneer, a working mother in a time when that was not the norm. Betty was a wife, mother, grandmother, aunt and friend, and her loved ones will always know her as the person who would do anything for anyone to lend a helping hand. She lived a beautiful life until the end of her life, and she will forever be an inspiration to the family and loved ones that will hold her in their hearts. Betty leaves behind a son, Peter Rodis and his wife Lynn and son Eric, and her daughter, Maria Murnak, with her family, husband Richard and daughters, Raina and Dawn, as well as her beloved companion, Shane Donahoe. Her legacy will forever remain in our hearts.
Memorial Services will be held at 3:00 PM on Thursday, September 29, 2016 at QUATTLEBAUM FUNERAL, CREMATION & EVENT CENTER at HILLCREST, 6411 Parker Avenue, West Palm Beach, FL 33405.
