It is with great sorrow that we announce the passing of John in his 85th year at Centenary Hospital on January 6, 2015 with his family by his side. He will be deeply missed by his wife Joyce of 57 years. Loving father of Carolanne & Dan Allen, David John (Debbie). Cherished grandfather of Kayla Allen, Daniel Allen, Amanda (Nick), Michelle and Derek. John will be dearly missed by his brother Harold (Lucy) plus their children Richard, Harold and Lillian. John will be remembered for his kindness, zest for life and his great sense of humour.
Family and friends are welcomed to visit at Grace Presbyterian Church 447 Port Union R. (south of the 401) from 12 noon on Saturday January 24, 2015. A Memorial Service will follow at 1:00pm.
