Passed away peacefully at Lakeridge Health Ajax Hospital on Sept 19th, 2023. She leaves behind her loving husband Terence Taylor, and her daughters Carolyn (Barry), and Elise (Brian). Colette also leaves behind her four grandchildren, Ryan (Rachelle), Brett, Ashley (Kyle), and Michael (Michelle), and four great grandchildren Jonah, Samuel, Garrett, and Lily. She will also be missed by many extended family and friends. Colette was a long time nurse on the pediatric floor at Scarborough General Hospital. She loved gardening, painting, decorating, and royal watching. But above all, she enjoyed the company of her grandchildren and great grandchildren. Cremation has taken place. Family and friends are invited to gather at the Giffen-Mack Funeral Home, Scarborough (4115 Lawrence Avenue East) from 7-8 pm on Wednesday October 4th, for a time of visitation, with a memorial service to follow in the Giffen-Mack chapel at 8 pm. If desired, memorial contribution may be made to a charity of one’s choice.
