Marian B. Johnson, 82, died March 19, 2018 at Polk City Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. Funeral Services will be 11:15 a.m. Sunday, April 15, at Luther Memorial Church, 1201 Grandview Avenue, in Des Moines with burial at Glendale Cemetery Monday, April 16, 2018.
Marian was born November 30, 1935 to John and Ragna Johnson (Sorenson) in Des Moines and was a lifelong resident of the east side.
Memorial contributions may be directed to her church or Polk City Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.
Thank you to all of the caring people who showed compassion and kindness to Marian throughout the years. A special thank you to the staff at Polk City who cared for her so lovingly the last years of her life.
