Randy and Rod  so sorry to learn of your father's passing. I always enjoyed seeing and talking with your dad at family functions. Your dad was a good man that followed his dreams.  Your father's passing has created a void in the Morris family.

I worked with Jim at Firestone for many years.  My condolences to his family.

Rod and Randy, our condolences on the passing of your dad. I have many fond memories of Uncle Jim, whether they be the holidays we spent together, or the visits to your house, While your dad had a strong and masculine persona, he was also engaging, fun-loving, entrepreneurial, and adventurous. I was always impressed by his travels to Texas, Alaska, and Canada. Not many people can say that they took their motorcycle to Alaska! I pray that you both find peace during this time of loss and that you will always remember the good things he brought to your lives.

My memories of your Dad reinforce the love he had for the outdoors, and his willingness to live his life and travel the open road. One such example was his trip to Alaska on his motorcycle with Nancy.  Taking the opportunity to open his own motorcycle repair shop also showed his spirit to take a risk, and do what he loved. 
 I didn’t see him much after I moved out of state, but fondly reflect back on the Sunday’s at our grandparents house when we were altogether. Those times seemed a little less complicated. Hoping that you both reflect back on your fond memories and keep those forever in your hearts.

Am sorry to hear of Jim’s passing. I am reminded of his playful spirit and warm smile whenever we gathered, his interest in us kids’ lives. Am sorry for his struggles late in life. I can see both of our grandparents in his love of the outdoors and am so thankful to share in this heritage. May you find peace and support moving forward.
