Paulina enjoyed crocheting, baking and the love for animals was unconditional. She loved to spend time with family and assisting church every Sunday. Paulina was well known in her community and also liked gardening.
She survived by her husband: Victor Borrego Sr, her children; Audelina Rodriguez, Eliseo Borrego, Rodolfo Borrego, Felix Borrego and Oscar Borrego Sr, her 34 grandchildren, 21 great grandchildren and 9 great great grandchildren.
Paulina is preceded in death by her children; Victor Borrego Jr and Samuel Borrego.

A visitation for Paulina will be held Wednesday, August 28, 2024 from 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Funeraria del Angel Highland, 6705 North Fm 88, Weslaco, Texas 78596. A rosary will occur Wednesday, August 28, 2024 at 7:00 PM. A chapel service will occur Thursday, August 29, 2024 at 10:00 AM. A burial will occur Thursday, August 29, 2024 at 11:00 AM at Highland Memorial Park, 6705 North Fm 88, Weslaco, Texas 78596.
