The epitome of what a mother and grandmother is.
Our parents give us life. Our grandparents give us a sense of who we are and where we came from.
Maria Lozano was that exceptional kind of person every single day of her life.
Until the last few years, she had more energy and interest in life than anyone you may ever know.
She loved deeply and fully, all of us. No judgement, no conditions, just LOVE. Completely and fully. She was the kind of person who had more love in her heart for whoever she crossed paths with. She had many family members and friends both near and far. If you knew her, she knew you and remembered you. She remembered you in her daily prayers and thoughts and we know she is offering us all up in prayer to God our Father now. Her faith never wavered. This story of my Maria Lozano wouldn’t be complete if we didn’t pay homage to her incredible cooking. It seemed anything she made was delicious—her famous salsa, sweet tea, & carrot cake to name a few! She is so much a part of who we are that even though we knew she would one day leave us, we can’t quite believe she is gone. 100 years blessed! Together we will continue her wonderful legacy of life and love.
