Gustavo Medellin

Gustavo is survived by his children Esperanza M. Tovar (Gerardo), Irma Medellin, Carmen Navarro (Jose), Guadalupe Medellin and Gustavo Medellin Jr. (Mary); 17 grandchildren, 24 great grandchildren and 7 great-great grandchildren.

Gustavo was preceded in death by his wife Hortencia Medellin, his daughter Amalia Medellin Delgado, his parents Tomas Medellin and Guadalupe Cervantes; brothers Tomas Medellin, Rosendo Medellin and sister Gloria Medellin.

A visitation for Gustavo will be held Monday, June 26, 2023 from 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM with a Rosary recited at 7:00 PM at Funeraria del Angel - Highland, 6705 N. FM 88, Weslaco, TX 78599. A chapel service will occur Tuesday, June 27, 2023 at 10:00 AM, followed by the interment at Highland Memorial Park at 11:00 AM.
