David G Mireles

David Mireles was born in Progreso, Tamaulipas on March 29, 1942 and a few years laters moved with his family to Weslaco, Texas. He was an honorable, hardworking and dedicated family man. He enjoyed the outdoors and working with his hands and instilled in his children the value of education and hard work.

He is survived by his wife of 47 years Margarita Mireles and his children Carmen Trevino, from Edcouch, TX; Anna (David) Alvarez from Spring, TX; David (Cristina) Mireles from Weslaco, TX; Melba Mireles from Cypress, TX and Victor Mireles from Houston, TX. Grandchildren Nathaniel, Ethan, Ismael, San Juanita, Enedina Trevino and Miguel Rodriguez. Martin (Perla) Cortez, Joe Hernandez, David, Leonel, Cristina, Margarita Mireles. Rocky James (Emily) Ureste, Edgar (Kieara) Mireles, Saleen, Trina and Jalen Thomas, Nessarita and Odyssey Homer. Victoria and Jasmine Mireles and 12 Great Grandchildren. He is also survived by his sister Emma Ortiz from Indiana, brother Ernesto (Frances) Mireles from South Carolina, Andres (Edalia) Mireles from Mercedes, Tx and Mary Ann (Oscar) Sandoval from Weslaco, TX and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents Ernesto and Eulogia Mireles, brothers Ricardo, Juan, Jose, Anastasio, Emilio, and Rodolfo Mireles and one sister Maria Guadalupe Carmona.
