Travis Jack "T.J." Hogan, 31, of Pasadena, Texas, was called home and received his new heart in Heaven, on Thursday, May 26, 2016. He was born in Pasadena, Texas on August 9, 1984 to Terrance W. and Georgeann Hogan.
He was preceded in death by his beloved grandparents: his grandmother, Chlotine "Nanny" James; his grandfather, Tommy Jack "PaPaw" Hogan; and his grandfather, Jack V. "Papaw" James.
He is survived by his loving parents, Terrance W. and Georgeann Hogan; his sister, Rachel Hunt and husband Jarod; his sister, Regina Tran and husband Duy; his nieces and nephews: Caleb, Sydney, Sarah, Jackson, Shay, and Sophie; his grandmother, Verna Baumbach and husband Joe; numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins; and his beloved pets, Kimbo and Nahla.
The family will receive friends on Wednesday, June 1, 2016 at 9:00am at Forest Park East Funeral Home, 21620 Gulf Freeway, Webster, TX 77598. Funeral Services will follow at 10:00am in the Chapel of Forest Park East Funeral Home. Interment Forest Park East Cemetery.
