Mary Gladys Neely

Mary Gladys Belle Neely, 80, of Porter, Texas, passed away on September 26, 2014 peacefully in her sleep. Gladys was born in Dublin, Georgia on April 20, 1934. Gladys is survived by her three daughters, Pamela Dunson and husband Bill of San Antonio, TX, Diann Nabors and husband Michael of Cypress, TX, and Teresa Neely of Porter, TX; her grandchildren Carrie Walulik, Phillip Neely, Ronald Neely, Misty Bell, Stephanie Fothergill, Stacey Quesenberry, Jessica Lee, Jonathan Hershey, Clint Nabors, Kristen Hall, Jason Neely, Michell Cruz, and Charles Neely; 27 great-grandchildren; her sister, Shirley Felder; numerous loving nieces and nephews; and the rest of her family and friends. Gladys is preceded in death by her parents, James Forman Belle and Mary Jane Tanner Belle; as well as her son, William E. Neely; one grandson, Matthew Quesenberry; her sister, Louise Fowler; and her five brothers, Jake, Willie, Roger, Henry, and Woodard Belle. The family of Gladys Neely wishes to thank the Memorial Herman Hospice for the special care they gave their mother during the final weeks of her life. Services will be held at Forest Park East Funeral Home and Cemetery; 21620 Gulf Frwy. Webster, TX 77598. Visitation will be Monday, September 29, 2014 from 5-8 p.m. and the funeral will be Tuesday, September 30, 2014 at 12:30 p.m. in the chapel of Forest Park East Funeral Home followed with the interment in Forest Park East Cemetery.
