Cynda Martin

Cynda Evalyn Norman Martin was born August 10, 1949, and passed away on July 22, 2012. Cynda was preceded in death by her father, Charles William Norman, and her mother, Kathryne McAnally Norman Ross. She is survived by her brother, Charles William Norman II, her three children, daughters, Bobbi Jene Castellese, Billi Jene Amacker, son, Samuel Travis Martin, and her six grandchildren, Hunter Jene Castellese, Remington Marie Castellese, Brayden Everson Amacker, Brendan Jackson Amacker, Colby Ross Martin, and Sydney Taylor Martin.

Cynda was a loving mother, grandmother, daughter, and friend. Not only was she beautiful on the outside, she was just as beautiful on the inside. Cynda will be most remembered for her kind and generous heart and sweet words. She was always a very hard worker and took great pride in her job. She enjoyed cooking, bowling, gardening, talk radio, old movies, football, and more recently, playing games and socializing on the internet. Her absence will be greatly felt by many who love her very much.

“My precious child, I love you and I would never leave you. During your times of trial and suffering, when you see only one set of footprints, it was then that I carried you.”

Funeral services will begin at 12:30 p.m. on Friday, July 27, at Forest Park East Funeral Home, 21620 Gulf Freeway, Webster, Texas 77598.
