Born 4-29-1931 in Macon County, NC to Roy Milburn Rogers & Annie Mae Cloer Rogers. Jhue or Britt as most knew him was preceded in death by his parents, Roy & Annie Rogers and five siblings. Roy Milburn Jr. (Nellie) Sawyer, J.L. Rogers (Nettie Massie), Relda Rogers (Carroll Stepp), Joseph Rogers (Shirley Sawyer), Rev. Billy Rogers (Annie Pearl Locust).

Britt is survived by his former wife of 45 years, Wilma Jean Conner the mother of his three girls, Jackie Sue Rogers, Sheri Jean Rogers Young (Dave Young), Stephanie Lorraine Rogers AKA Snuffy, (Scott Haley) friend and Caregiver, two grandchildren, Donald Jhue Watkins (Ashley Posey) Starlena Tanielle Watkins Schultz (Luke Schultz). Lots of nieces and nephews.

To all that knew him may it be family, friend or acquaintance, I pray that he made an impression upon your heart. In some form I hope you were able to Love him Forgive him and Pray for him.

With an empty, scared and broken heart and an abundance of tears that fill my eyes, both happy and sad, I say good bye, I miss you dad.
