Gary W. McChesney

He was born Monday, February 12, 1945 in Cumberland, MD. A son of the late Clyde McChesney and Anna Belle Smith McChesney.

Gary was a member of the First Assembly of God in Waynesburg. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and gardening. He also loved to repair guns and astrology. Gary started working for Westinghouse as a draftsman and moved up to Field Engineer. From there Gary became an instructor and then moved into management. He retired in 2004 after 39 years with the company.

His first Wife: Judith Anne Tomlinson McChesney, whom he married on July 3,1964 died November 29, 2016.

Surviving this marriage is 1 Daughter: Kathryn (David) McCarl, of Butler, PA, 1 Son: Ken (Karen) McChesney, of Denver, CO, 5 Grandchildren: Kenneth (Mikaela) McChesney Jr., Gary McCarl, Robert McCarl, Thomas McCarl, and Katrena McCarl, 1 Great Grandson: Buddy McCarl. Also surviving is his 2nd Wife: Roberta Biel McChesney whom he married on July 20, 2019, 2 Sisters: Nancy Metcalfe, of Belle Vernon, PA, and Sue Taff, of Florida and several nieces and nephews.

Deceased is 1 Grandson: Michael McCarl, 2 Sisters: Betsy Carr and Debbie Davis, 1 Brother: Pat McChesney.

At the request of the family all visitation and services will be private for the family with Pastor Jim Galbraith officiating. Milliken and Throckmorton FH, Inc. Daryl L.
