Arthur Thomas "Denny" Phillips, Jr.

 He was born Wednesday, June 10, 1936 in Waynesburg,PA. A son of the late Arthur S. Phillips and Flora Belle Phillips.

  Mr. Phillips was a member of the First Church of the Nazarene in Waynesburg. He was a member of the Waynesburg Masonic Lodge #153 F & AM and the Mt. Morris Lions Club. When his health permitted he enjoyed hunting. For 30 years he worked as a Supervisor for General Motors retiring in 1985. 

 He is survived by his Wife:  Alice (Clayton) Phillips,  whom he married on September 02, 1972.

 Also surviving are 1 Daughter: Nancy (Tom) Simione,of Greeneacre, FL., 2 Sons: Thomas (Kathleen) Price, of Aurora, OH., and Kenneth (Mildred) Price, of Newbury, OH., 10 Grandchildren and 7 Great Grandchildren, 1 Sister: Mary White, of Ponte Verda Beach, FL., 2 Brothers: Webster Phillips, of Strongsville, OH., and William Phillips, of Kannapolis, NC.,

and several nieces and nephews.

 Deceased are 1 Brother: Ralph Phillips

 Friends will be received from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Wednesday, March 22, 2017 in the Milliken and Throckmorton FH, Inc. Daryl L. Throckmorton Owner/Director,324 Mt. Morris Road, P.O. Box 478  Mount Morris, PA 15349 where services will be conducted at 11:00 AM Thursday, March 23, 2017 with Rev. John Poling officiating. Entombment will be in Greene Co.
