I am still in disbelief.  Words cannot even express how I feel, and I am sure how all of us who love(d) Stephanie feel.  She was the kindest soul, and the only "bad" thing that someone could say was that she was TOO sensitive, TOO caring, TOO kind...which is an amazing attribute to have.  May we all strive to be remembered  for the same reasons.  To her children, please know how loved and cared for you all are.  You have a village that will help with anything you need.  Just say the word.  To Gary, the same.  You've got this.  Stephanie is with you every day and God will lead you in the way to go.  Prayers and love always.

Honey where do I even begin. My heart is definitely broken. Steff you were my whole world Not sure how I’m going to function without you by my side. Looking through picture albums last night we were so young and so much in love. You were definitely my soulmate, the love of my life. You always based your whole life around me and the kids and that I will never forget. Not sure why you were taken from me so soon but I guess I will never know. I will promise you two things that our babies will be ok and I will always love you. There will be that day we will meet again and until then honey I will always love you and never forget you.❤️❤️

Oh Steph....my heart hurts so bad right now! I still struggle accepting that you are gone. We grew up together and so many of my childhood memories have you in them. As we grew older into our pre teens and teen years we still shared so many memories. I think as we hit our adult years and each of us started our own families brought us to a new level. We both were moms and loved our children dearly that our bond was unbreakable. You were the best mom to your children and they were so lucky to have you. Not only were you a great mom but you were an exceptional wife to your highschool sweetheart! I try not to be angry and question why you had to leave us so soon but I tell ya it’s sooo hard. The last few months we had become closer than ever due to my mom battling cancer and passing away just a few months ago...and you were there every step of the way to help me thru this and I hope you knew how much I appreciated that. That was the type of person you were, here you were a wife who had 4 kids, working full time and running all over the place to sporting events or school events for your kids but yet I knew if I needed you all I had to do was call and you were there. You had a heart of gold. I miss you so much!!! Tell my mom hi and I love her and know that I love you too! I will see you soon! 

Sis, I still can’t believe you’re gone.  Who would have thought when you called me last Wednesday to wish me a Happy Birthday it would be the last time I talked to you.  Reading your Facebook the past few days makes my heart happy knowing the you were loved so much by so many people.  I will forever cherish the memories we had.  I love and miss you so much.  

Stephanie I keep hoping this is all a bad dream. You were such a sweet soul. The loved you had for your children and husband was like no other I've ever known. Your beautiful Momma was like an Aunt to me and we all have always been so close. We all are missing you terribly. I know you are up there singing with all the other beautiful angels in Heavens choir. Watch over Gary your mom and the children...until we meet again my sweet cousin. 

Oh Steph, where do I begin....  We could go weeks without talking and pick up where we had left off, like we hadn’t missed a second together.  We could laugh hysterically about anything and trust each other without  boundaries. Talking for hours about our kids, making plans we couldn’t keep because of our crazy schedules, shopping trips and doctor appointments in Charlottesville and drive thru lunches. My favorite moments had to be every time you found out you were pregnant. That smile on your face and the joy in your heart.. your energy was beautiful! Your love and devotion to your wonderful husband, Gary and your 4 beautiful children was undeniably. I know you will always be watching over them.   You were an amazing woman, daughter, sister, friend, mother and wife. You are the definition of love, kindness, and friendship. You always had encouraging words for me when I would come to you at my darkest moments.. and the most warm felt hugs that seem to cure almost anything. We had 35 years of friendship that I will forever cherish.  Love you so much! I’m gonna miss you like crazy. ❤️ 

We extend our sympathy to the entire family and Westwood Hills Elementary family. We met Stephanie years ago when Gary coached our oldest son Ian in baseball.  I taught Heather, Michael, and Taylor at WPES. We are so sorry for your loss. This is such a giving, wonderful family.

Stephanie was one of my coworkers at Wilson Trucking & one of the sweetest that I was close to. That place wasn’t just our job, but became part of our families and even after Wilson closed Stephanie stayed in touch. Her love of mexican food was unmatched! Any time we all went out for our lunchbreaks, it was mexican food. I’ll cherish those days because you don’t find coworkers that you stay close with. The love she had for her children was one for anyone to look up to; her children were her life and she was ever so proud of all of them! Her face always lit up talking about them :) The love she had for her husband was like a match made in Heavan...such a sweet couple! My heart aches for her family. Such a bright light gone too soon. We’ll all miss you Stephanie!!!

Stephanie was a joyful light to everyone. She made the office a more caring and happy place. Each time I had a conversation with her she was always patient and willing to go out of her way to help. She was kind and sincere, which are rare qualities these days. I am grateful for the time I had to get to know her, even if it was just a short time. I know she is with Christ and at peace and joy with her Savior. I pray comfort and healing for you all.

Stephanie was definitely one of a kind , she loved everyone with her whole  heart. I remember you and Stephanie from High school but she came back into my life when she babysat my youngest Amaya as a baby .It was later we reconnected with cheer. There was always something we could talk about and share. I’m so glad to have known her and call her a friend . She was the best mother and wife and will be missed . I remember holding you when you were little and babysitting you and Michael a few times. We never lost touch and you were always very special to me. You amazed me at the beautiful young woman and Mother you grew up to be. My heart sank to hear that you were gone. I will miss your Facebook posts

I’m still in such shock. Stephanie was such a good soul and someone I could be around for hours. Whether it was making fun of what my meme says or how she pronounces things, telling me over and over again how proud she was of me for everything I’ve accomplished, or just giving me advice for whatever was happening in life. I truly miss her so much and as hard as it is to accept I think everything happens for a reason, even if you don’t want it to. I love you my dear aunt. Memories  will forever be parished 💜 I just wish I was able to see you one last time or hear you sing just once more. Rest in paradise beautiful! I’ll make sure I help take care of all of us!

Oh my never thought I would be doing this. On December 3rd 1980 I gave birth to this beautiful woman. Oh what a proud mother I was of you. Such a lovely lady to everyone you knew. A wonderful wife and mother daughter and sister. Stephanie you will be missed so much but you are with so many love ones right now.  I love you baby girl and will miss you so much. Until we meet again. Remember I’m here always for Gary and my precious grandchildren.

Oh Stephanie. What can I even say? Through middle and high school we'd always get lumped up alphabetically, either because the B/Cs or both being a Stephanie. You have been one of the kindest, sweetest, most loving big-hearted peopled I have ever known. I was so excited when you started at Westwood the same year that Katelyn started. It was such a comfort knowing I had someone there who understood my girl.  Thank you for always watching out for her and for our conversations. I will miss them and you so much!
To her children: Your mother LOVED you so very much and was so very proud of you! I know that no matter what, you will make her proud because she's a part of you.  Never forget that she was, and always will be proud of you.

Mom I miss you so much! Telling everyone I can’t remember the last time I cried myself to sleep. There is so many things I can say about you, you have done so much for us. You have always been here and been by our side no matter the situation; From the moment I was born to every year of school, and to the moment I walked across that stage at graduation. I’ll always remember the memories and times we shared, gosh was there so many to look back on😢 Seeing you laying there the day you passed and having to preform CPR was the hardest thing I think I have ever had to experience, but I did it cause I love you❤️ Mom we love you and we can’t wait to make you proud 🥲 This is not goodbye, this is till we meet again❤️
