He was born July 18, 1974 in Waynesboro, the son of Henry Lee and Brenda L. (Sanford) Billings.
In addition to his parents, survivors include two sons, Jeffrey Lee Billings, Jr., Aaron Cole Billings; two daughters, Destiny Cheyenne Quick, Courtney Alexis Billings; three brothers, James W. Sears, Larry Sears, Armando Sears; one sister, Chastity Billings; nieces, Elizabeth, Chastin; nephews, Daryn, Dylan and Eric.
Following cremation a celebration of life service will held at a later date.
He will be dearly missed by all who knew him.
