He was born March 25, 1946, a son of the late Emory C. Clatterbaugh and Sylvia Fitzgerald Bower.
Curtis served his country in the United States Army and retired as a security guard from the former Waynesboro DuPont Company.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a son, Jerry Clatterbaugh and step-father, Gene Bower.
Survivors include a grandson, Curtis Clatterbaugh; brother, Carroll Clatterbaugh; nephew, Brandy Clatterbaugh; daughter-in-law, Barbara Clatterbaugh and a special friend, Wanda Lipes.
Following cremation there will be no services.
Arrangements have been entrusted to the Waynesboro Chapel of Reynolds Hamrick Funeral Homes and Crematory.
