On Monday, April 22, 2019 Daniel Theodore Sullivan passed away suddenly at the age of 58 from Cardiac Arrest. He was preceded in death by his parents; Florence and Murray Sullivan. Surviving are his wife of 29 years, Laura Sullivan, daughter, Danielle Craft, sons Patrick McKay and John L. Sullivan; brother John C. Sullivan and sister, Licia I. Gladu. He also leaves behind his grandchildren, Ella and Grace Craft, Christian King and Xavier McKay-Ramirez; nephews, Scott Krieg, Daniel Gladu, and Brandon Gladu, in addition to several other nieces and nephews.
Dan will be remembered as a doting father and loving husband, and someone who was always there to help, even if he did give the impression of a creaky rocking chair while doing it. His family, never quite able to appreciate his love for Frank Zappa, will now have to smile when they hear his music. From his comedic conversations with his beloved pets, to his unabashed and obnoxious love of everything he enjoyed, he will be sorely missed by everyone whose life he was a part of. He was a generous and sad soul, whose lack makes our lives seem all the dimmer.
Services will be held on Monday, April 29 at Kubiak-Cook Funeral Home - Wayland Chapel (312 N. Main Street, Wayland, MI 49348) there will be a noon visitation with the Celebration of Life Service beginning at 1:00 pm.
In lieu of flowers, the family is asking for donations to Forgotten Man Ministry - https://www.forgottenman.org.
The family welcomes memories and messages in their guest book online at www.kubiakcook.com.
