Winslow – Rosalie Palow, 80, of Winslow, Maine died on July 26, 2016. She was born on April 14, 1936 and was the daughter of Bernard and Yvonne (Boivin) Poulin. She grew up in Vassalboro and attended local schools. She would go on to work at the chicken plant until it closed and then worked in the K-Mart restaurant until it closed – she then retired. Rosalie enjoyed helping others. She was a member of St. John the Baptist Catholic Church in Winslow.
Rosalie is survived by her sister Vondell Mairs of Farmingdale; her sister Bernadine Dutil of Vassalboro; her brother Bernard Poulin of Waterville; five nieces; three nephews; several great-nieces and nephews; as well as close friends Becky Greene and Caroline Laclair. She was predeceased by her parents; her brothers-in-law Arthur Dutil and Harley Mairs and her nephew Michael Mairs.
She will be missed greatly by all.
At her request there will be no visiting hours. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday July 29 at 11:00 AM at S. John the Baptist Catholic Church, 26 Monument Street, Winslow.
