Mr. Alan I. Baron, aged 82, passed away on Saturday, February 24, 2024. Born in Baltimore, Maryland, on January 29, 1942, Alan I. Baron died at age 82 on February 24, 2024. He is survived by his beloved wife of 25 years, Wendy Owen.
Alan graduated from Princeton University in 1963 with a bachelors degree in English, followed by a law degree from Harvard Law School in 1966.
Alan’s law practice focused on high-profile cases in the federal enforcement areas and complex civil litigation. His passion was for his public service work in government, and throughout his career he served many times as special counsel to government entities. He served four times as Special Impeachment Counsel to the Judiciary Committee of the House of Representatives with regards to the possible impeachment of a federal judge.
Alan had a passion for travel with his wife, Wendy, and they shared many happy times in their lake house in Nova Scotia.
