Born in Warwick, RI she was the daughter of the late Frank and Irene ( Mulcahey ) Insana.
Mrs. Harrington was an account liquidation specialist for many years. Pat loved doing arts and crafts in her spare time.
She is survived by her children,, Gerald J. Harrington, Jr. of West Greenwich, Keri L. Germano of East Greenwich, her beloved grandchildren, Joseph P. Germano of West Greenwich, James P. Germano of Providence, Andrea Germano of Cherry Hill, NJ. Pat also leaves her brother Daniel F. Insana and her companion David Deangelis with whom she lived. Mrs. Harrington is pre deceased by her siblings Stephan P. Isana, Lori A. Insana and Irene M. Schwenk.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be Celebrated Friday, September 8, 2023 at 10:00 AM in St. Kevin's Church, 333 Sandy Ln, Warwick, RI followed by burial in St. Joseph Cemetery, West Greenwich. Calling hours are respectfully omitted.
