Shirley Joyce Heck

Beloved wife of Lloyd. Cherished mom of Steve (Carol), Cherie (Ken), Gary (Mary), Denise, Curtis (Traci). Dear step-mom of Daryl and Sandy. Loving grandmother of Paul, Cathy, Tina, Frank, Stephanie, Meghan, Evan, Dana, Ellen, Brooke, Aaron, Jane. Caring great-grandmother of Ezra, Brennen, Tielua, McKenzie, Kailani, Zander, Aiden, Wesley, and Ryan, Beloved sister of Beverly and the late Russell.

Born in Detroit to the late Russell and Isabel Wheater, Shirley worked at Arbor Inn Assisted Living until retirement. Beloved wife to Lloyd for almost 40 years, one of Shirley’s greatest joys in life was getting her hair done every Thursday. After she would get her hair done, she and Lloyd would go out for a late lunch to some of their favorite spots. After lunch she and Lloyd would always share one of the big boxes of popcorn and see a show.

Visitation Saturday, February 11th from 10am until 2pm with a Funeral Service at 1:30pm at A.H. Peters Funeral Home, 32000 Schoenherr Road. There will be a memorial luncheon immediately following the funeral service at A.H. Peters Funeral Home in Warren.
