Sam was born on September 20, 1936 in Buffalo, NY to his parents Anthony and Bessie Guzzo.
He is survived by his sons Anthony M. (Denise) Guzzo and Richard A. (Michelle) Guzzo, grandchildren Nina, Justin, Nicholas, Madeline and Allie, great grandchildren Xavier, Isiah and Aria.
Sam was preceded in passing by his beloved wife Gloria (d. 2007) and his brother Casey Guzzo.
Friends may visit the A.H. Peters Funeral Home, 32000 Schoenherr Road, Warren, MI 48088, on Sunday, October 20th from 4:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. with a Rosary service at 7:00 P.M.
A funeral service is scheduled for Monday, October 21st, in-state 10:00 A.M. to 10:30 A.M. with a funeral service at 10:30 A.M. in the A.H. Peters Funeral Home chapel.
Sam will be laid to rest next to his wife Gloria at Christian Memorial Cemetery following services.
