Pamela Lynn Rossi

Pamela Lynn Rossi, age 73, of St. Clair Shores, Michigan passed away on Saturday, September 23, 2023. She was born on June 30, 1950, in Detroit, Michigan to her late parents Romeo Rossi and Millicent (Mitzi) Naumoff.

Pamela was born and raised in the Detroit area where she attended Dominican High School, and laid down the foundation for a lifetime of dedication and hard work. Her career spanned over three decades at NBD Bank in Detroit. Later, she continued her life’s work by devoting 9 years to the Michigan Humane Society, where her passion for animals shone brightly. Her love for creatures great and small was evident to all who knew her.

Beyond her professional accomplishments, Pamela was a woman of immense warmth and creativity. She had a heart as vast as the ocean and loved her friends and family beyond measure. Her sense of humor was a beacon of light to those around her.

Pamela was a true artisan, finding joy in crafting and nurturing life through gardening. She found solace by the water’s edge, where she could reflect and find peace in the beauty of nature. Her love for movies brought joy to her leisure time.

Pamela will be remembered as a trailblazer who followed her own unique path in life, leaving a legacy of love, laughter, and compassion. She touched the lives of many and will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her.

Pamela was the loving mother of Whitney (Rob) Starrs. Adored grandmother of Natalie, Sloane, and Robbie. Dear sister of Cheryl (the late Nick) Bahnweg.
