Mary Beth Sheehan

She was born to the late Harold A. Johnson and Catherine (Costello) Johnson on October 03, 1952, in Detroit, Michigan. Mary Beth graduated from St. Paul Catholic High School in 1970.

She was married to Michael D. Sheehan from 1973 until 1985, when the couple divorced. During their marriage, they had two children; Shawn Patrick Sheehan, and Brian Michael Sheehan. She was later remarried to Paul Fane III. Mary Beth is survived by her two sons; Shawn and Brian, her 2 grand-children; Laney Abigail Sheehan and Jackson Royal Sheehan, and her 5 siblings; Barbara McBrearty, Kitty Lavery, Harold A. Johnson Jr., Judy Testa, and Susan Peterson. Mary Beth was predeceased by her loving husband, Paul, in 2010.

Mary Beth enjoyed working with people and had several occupations that allowed her to do so. She especially enjoyed working as a caregiver, which she was able to do at several institutions throughout the Detroit metropolitan area. She loved and shared her appreciation of music with all her family and children. Mary Beth was immensely proud of her family, and leaves behind nothing but wonderful memories.

A viewing ceremony will be held on Saturday, July 31st, 2021 from 1 to 6 PM at A. H. Peters Funeral Home in Warren, Michigan. There will be a brief service following the viewing at 6 P.M. The family requests that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to the American Heart Association.
