James Allen McManus

James Allen McManus, age 89 of Warren, died Thursday, September 16, 2021 at the Martha T. Berry Nursing Center in Mt. Clemens, Michigan. He was born June 10, 1932 in Detroit, son of the late James and the late MaryAnn (nee: O’Brien) McManus.

James was the beloved husband of Anna Mae. Dear father of Patrick (Mary) McManus, Shawn McManus, Colleen (Chris) Kirchberg, and Mark McManus. Loving grandfather of Kayla, Dylan (Danielle), Bailey (Neal), Riley, Jessica (Jay), John, and great-grandfather of Murphy and Dempsey. Brother of the late Mercedes Mason.

A Memorial Mass for James will be held on Thursday, November 4th. The family welcomes guests at 9:30am until the time of his Funeral Mass at 10:00am at St. Mary, Our Lady Queen of Families Catholic Church, the St. Clement Site in Center Line, Michigan.

The inurnment of James’ ashes, with Military Honors, will take place on November 5th at 11:00am at Great Lakes National Cemetery in Holly, Michigan.

Arrangements have been entrusted to the D.S. Temrowski & Sons Funeral Home in Warren.
