Predeceased by his beloved wife Frances Spicer (2001) whom he married in 1949. Parents Clyde V. Spicer and Mary A. Spicer, Brothers Steve and Wayne Spicer, sisters Mary Jane Francis, Delores Dorsey, Eleanor Spicer. Grandson, Justin Dylewski, son-in-law, James Dylewski.
Survived by daughters Mary Frances Luckel and Kay Lynn Dylewski. Grandchildren, Deanna (Jerry) Hake, Penny (Shannon/Shaun) Luckel, Garrett (Jackie) Luckel, Douglas (Kristen) Luckel, Joshua Dylewski. Great grandsons, Alex, Caleb, and Jackson Luckel, son-in-law Lawrence Luckel. Richard Nadeau, caregiver and best friend.
John was a decorated World War II veteran and retired from the Wheeling Pittsburgh Steel Mill with almost 50yrs of service. He will be solely missed by his family for his kindness, wisdom, humor and the love he gave to us all.
Funeral service will be private.
